Dear Members / Visitors, this is the landmark decision from the High Court, Petition (L) No. 1640 of 2012. Judge : R.D. Dhanuka J. ,We all Motinagar Society Members trust the judiciary system, and wish to aggressively perceive the matter until all our legitimate demands per the Agreement for Redevelopment dated 6th April 2008 are complied with.
